A few months ago, I hired Ironwood Properties to do a thorough inspection of all fire rated deficiencies and to advise and rectify requirements to adhere to the Ontario Fire Code.
Ironwood properties completed a thorough investigation, provided a detailed report and corrected any issues that they found.

I recently had a concern with a fellow neighbor who called the fire department when a tenant was having a campfire in the backyard. The piece of mind that Ironwood was able to provide with their report was the best protection any landlord can have when trying to provide a safe place to live  and the ability proper documentation to be provided to the authorities to prove the landlord is compliant with the Ontario Fire Code

I have known Samantha for years while she and her husband have steadily built a successful property management business on the values of providing a high level of service to tenants while remaining within budget for owners and investors. My mother has lived in her apartment building for over 10 years and it was always clean and smelled nice until they changed companies shortly after she moved in, then it became unpleasant to visit because it seemed like it was never cleaned. I would hold my breath when I entered the building until I got to my mom's apt. I recently came back to move my mom and there was a wonderful new company doing to cleaning. They wipe everything down, vacuum each day (never once seen any of the other companies doing any work) and I must say it looks and smells great. Sam and Dylan are very friendly and enjoy the work they do. Wonderful to interact with them as they are always pleasant. I highly recommend you to hire them because you will not be disappointed 🙂
